Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your original painting, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the artwork is received and inspected.

Shipping costs (outbound and return) are non-refundable.
How to Return a Painting

Notify Us First
Please email art24tanya@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Use Proper Packaging
Reuse the original packaging materials. If unavailable, you must package the painting securely using equivalent materials to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refund Process
Once the painting is returned in perfect condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds are made in the same currency and exchange rate as the original transaction, minus shipping and customs fees (if any).
Damaged Artwork Upon Delivery
If your painting arrives damaged:

Inspect the package before opening. If the box shows signs of damage, note “damaged upon arrival” when signing with the carrier.

If the artwork is severely damaged, refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
