Welcome to Art24Tanya.com, a site operated by Tetiana Markova. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us,” and “our” refer to Tetiana Markova. By accessing or using our website and services (“Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you are engaging in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

This website is powered by Wix eCommerce, a platform provided by Wix.com, which enables us to securely offer and deliver products and services online.

2. Use of This Service

You may browse and purchase original handmade artworks, home décor, gift items, and decorated small furniture. You may also place custom orders for the artistic decoration of your own furniture.

All content on this website—including but not limited to images, text, artwork, branding, and design—is the property of Tetiana Markova or is used under license. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

You agree to use this Service lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Decoration Furniture:

Clients are responsible for delivering and picking up their furniture unless otherwise arranged.
We will provide a quote based on the design, materials, and estimated time required. All terms must be agreed (agreedment) upon in writing before starting work.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking and cover materials.
Once the decoration process begins, no changes can be made to the design.
We reserve the right to decline projects based on size, condition, or artistic fit.
The final decorated piece remains an expression of the artist and may include natural variations.

3. Purchases and Pricing

Product prices are listed by default in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For customer convenience, prices can also be viewed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR).

Please note:

Currency conversion is provided for informational purposes only, and final charges may vary slightly depending on your payment provider or bank.
All transactions are ultimately processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated based on your shipping location and may vary depending on the selected currency and destination.

We reserve the right to change product pricing or availability at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods: e-transfer, credit card, PayPal, and Moneris.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Moneris, PayPal, or Wix Payments, depending on the method selected.
By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We offer shipping throughout Canada, internationally, and provide a convenient local pickup option.

Shipping Details:

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS, depending on location, size, and weight. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please double-check that your shipping information is complete and accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup Policy:

If you choose local pickup at checkout, your order must be collected within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification.

If you cannot collect your order within this period, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance to request an extension.

Orders not picked up within 14 days, without prior arrangements, may be cancelled, and a partial refund of 10% will be issued.

*A partial refund means that instead of giving the customer their entire purchase price back, we return only a portion of the total amount. The rest is withheld to cover our time, materials, or inconvenience — such as restocking, administrative time, or packaging.

6. Returns & Cancellations

All items are handmade, and slight variations or imperfections are considered part of their uniqueness and artistic value.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all original paintings by Tetiana Markova. If you are not satisfied, you may return the painting for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided that:

You notify us within 14 days of delivery at art24tanya@gmail.com
The artwork is returned in its original, undamaged condition
All return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork. Refunds are processed in the same currency and exchange rate as the original transaction, less shipping or customs fees (if applicable).

Custom commissions and decorated furniture are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We may request that the original packaging be retained for inspection. Approved claims may be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion.

7. User Accounts

To access certain features of the website or to complete a purchase, you may be required to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

Maintain and promptly update your information as needed
Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as your username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at art24tanya@gmail.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

*In the event we suspect unauthorized access to your account, we reserve the right to temporarily disable or lock your account for security purposes.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account if we have not been notified in a timely manner.

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, shipping details, and payment information to process your orders and provide customer support.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary for payment processing and order fulfillment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Art24Tanya (Tetiana Markova) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you first to contact us directly so we can seek a good-faith resolution. Most concerns can be quickly resolved by reaching out to us at:

If we are unable to reach a mutual agreement within a reasonable time, any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Province of Ontario, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario).
