Welcome to Art24Tanya.com, a site operated by Tetiana Markova. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us,” and “our” refer to Tetiana Markova. By accessing or using our website and services (“Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you are engaging in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

This website is powered by Wix eCommerce, a platform provided by Wix.com, which enables us to securely offer and deliver products and services online.

1. Services Provided

You may browse and purchase a sale of original artwork and handmade items, custom painting servicess, and art events and workshops for adults, children, and families, and home-visit art parties, with optional face-painting services.

All content on this website—including but not limited to images, text, artwork, branding, and design—is the property of Tetiana Markova or is used under license. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

2. Custom Painting Services

All terms must be agreed (agreedment) upon in writing before starting work.

2.1 Deposits and Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any custom work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before pickup, delivery, or shipment.
Artwork remains the property of Art24Tanya until full payment is received.

2.2 Revisions

Basic adjustments (minor colour or detail changes) are included.
Significant revisions or major design changes may result in additional fees.
The Artist maintains creative discretion and stylistic interpretation.

2.3 Refunds

Custom paintings are non-refundable once work has started.
If the Client cancels mid-project, the deposit will not be returned.

3. Art Events and Home Art Parties

3.1 Booking Requirements

A 30–50% deposit is required to secure the date
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event.
Travel fees may apply outside London, Ontario

3.2 Cancellations

Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event may transfer the deposit to a new date.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event forfeit the deposit.
If the Artist must cancel due to illness or emergency, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3.3 Safety

A parent or guardian must supervise children during events.
The Client must disclose any known allergies before face painting or using art materials.

4. Purchases Terms

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by Art24Tanya.The Artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

The product is unavailable
The payment cannot be confirmed
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

4.2 Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
For custom paintings or event bookings, additional communication may be required to confirm details.

4.3 Order Confirmation

All artworks are handmade and one-of-a-kind.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the Client will be notified and offered:

A refund
A replacement
A custom order option

5. Pricing Terms

5.1 Pricing

Product prices are listed by default in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For customer convenience, prices can also be viewed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

Original artworks
Custom painting services
Art events and workshops**
Home-visit art parties and face painting services**

5.2 Price Changes

Art24Tanya reserves the right to adjust prices at any time due to:

Material cost changes
Demand
Business needs
Artistic labour and time required

Price changes do not affect orders already paid for or booked with a confirmed deposit.

5.3 Taxes

Applicable taxes (GST/HST) may be added depending on the Client’s location and Canadian tax rules.

Any discounts, sales, or promotional codes:

Do not apply retroactively to past purchases

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Accepted Payments

Art24Tanya accepts:

E-transfer
Credit/debit card payments
PayPal (if enabled on checkout)
Cash for local pickup (London, Ontario only)

6.2 Deposits

Some services require deposits:

Custom Painting: 50% non-refundable deposit
Art Events: 30–50% deposit depending on event type

Work or booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

6.3 Final Payment

Final payment must be completed:

Before shipping
Before local pickup
At least 24 hours before any event or home visit

6.4 Failed or Declined Payments

If payment is declined:

The order will not be processed
The booking will not be secured
The Client may need to provide an alternative payment method

6.5 Late Payments

If final payment is not received by the deadline, Art24Tanya reserves the right to:

Cancel the order or event booking
Retain the deposit
Offer the date or product to another customer

6.6 International Purchases

If purchasing from outside Canada, your bank may apply:

Banks may apply currency conversion fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the Client.

7. Shipping & Pickup

We offer shipping throughout Canada, internationally, and provide a convenient local pickup option.

If you're in London, Ontario, you can pick up your order in person by prior arrangement or on Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Shipping Details:

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS, depending on location, size, and weight. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please double-check that your shipping information is complete and accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup Policy:

If you choose local pickup at checkout, your order must be collected within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification.

If you cannot collect your order within this period, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance to request an extension.

Orders not picked up within 14 days, without prior arrangements, may be cancelled, and a partial refund of 10% will be issued.

*A partial refund means that instead of giving the customer their entire purchase price back, we return only a portion of the total amount. The rest is withheld to cover our time, materials, or inconvenience — such as restocking, administrative time, or packaging.

6. Returns & Cancellations

All items are handmade, and slight variations or imperfections are considered part of their uniqueness and artistic value.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all original paintings by Tetiana Markova. If you are not satisfied, you may return the painting for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided that:

You notify us within 14 days of delivery at art24tanya@gmail.com
The artwork is returned in its original, undamaged condition
All return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork. Refunds are processed in the same currency and exchange rate as the original transaction, less shipping or customs fees (if applicable).

Custom commissions , event tickets, digital product, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We may request that the original packaging be retained for inspection. Approved claims may be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion.

7. User Accounts

To access certain features of the website or to complete a purchase, you may be required to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your information as needed
Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as your username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at art24tanya@gmail.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

*In the event we suspect unauthorized access to your account, we reserve the right to temporarily disable or lock your account for security purposes.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account if we have not been notified in a timely manner.

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, shipping details, and payment information to process your orders and provide customer support.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary for payment processing and order fulfillment.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, content, and branding on this site are protected by copyright and other relevant laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content in any way without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Art24Tanya (Tetiana Markova) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you first to contact us directly so we can seek a good-faith resolution. Most concerns can be quickly resolved by reaching out to us at:

If we are unable to reach a mutual agreement within a reasonable time, any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Province of Ontario, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario).
